The largest moth species in Aotearoa, the native Pūriri moth can reach up to 150mm across and after spending approx. 6 years as a caterpillar spends only 48 hours of it's life as the distinctive bright green moth. Uses the same wall screw mounting as other offerings from Luke Jacomb Studio such as the Fantail and Kingfisher. It is perfectly scaled to pair with the flowers and bees of the Garden Path Collection, or to add a touch of whimsy to a flock of birds.
