Why are there shipping delays?
From the 2nd of November 2021 we are in the process of relocating the store at beautiful and exciting new premises! During this time you can still secure your purchases by ordering online, though they will be shipped late November once our move is settled.
There are also ongoing shipping delays due to COVID-19. Your package from Inc Store is well worth the wait though!
When can I visit the shop?
Regular hours are Fridays & Saturdays 11am - 4pm during the year (outisde of Christmas & New Year period which may have extra hours).
These hours don't suit everyone, so you're very welcome to make another time to visit - please just email email@example.com

Private shopping visits are fun with a group of friends, so keep that in mind for a social outing!
How can I pay?
In-store: There is eftpos! Debit/eftpos/credit card or cash.
Online: Bank transfer, or Credit Card.
Layby is an option too for any purchase over $50 - please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
How do you select items in the shop?
Helen is a designer and curator. Items that are in the shop have been handpicked because she personally uses them, has a close affiliation with the creative behind them, and truly believes in its ingenuity, thoughtfulness, quality and longevity. They sit well alongside the other items here and serve a purpose in our home and lives as being functional, useful and beautiful.
Inc. store showcases interesting, thoughtful, quality wares that aren't already available in our little town, or readily available elsewhere. Items here are very special, they are often designed exclusively for, or in collaboration with Inc Store.
Having a close rapport with the people behind the objects is fundamental to the way we work, and truly understanding and believing in their processes and practice is central to the concept store. Bottom line is, is this something we love, love to use ourselves, understand, and feel proud to represent?
Because we are closely in touch with the creatives behind the products, we can offer a made-to-order service here which is pretty special.
I can't find something in the online store, why?
Because many of the items in store are in limited supply, one-offs, fragile, bespoke or highly sought after, not everything will be found in the online store. It's truly best to visit to experience everything properly! If you've seen something on social media, just ask for details - always more than happy to send you extra photos, videos, measurements & details. So, please just make contact!
Generally, shoppers in store and social media followers get the first chance to purchase something before it appears on the website. Either way, act fast!
Do you gift wrap?
Absolutely, yes!! In fact, Helen loves gift wrapping so much it's almost compulsory here. There's no extra charge, it's all part of the service. Gifting something from Inc. Store is very special.
Can I pick your brains about something?
Yes! Helen relates well to small business, creative and personal project indecisions, challenges and processes. Her career, in fact, is all about this. So please book a time to chat, it's a friendly hourly rate and she'll be delighted to make a Creative Consult session time for you.
Love it, but it's not quite my colour or size...?
Inc Store offers a made to order service for most items in the store - how cool is this!? Garments, leather handbags, jewellery, artworks... Please just ask, it's very much what this store is about.
I changed my mind about a purchase, can I exchange?
This is a small business supporting small NZ creatives, every item here is limited edition, bespoke and unique. Generally returns are not an option and we encourage you to try-on, ask questions and choose carefully before committing to purchasing. Please see the RETURNS policy.
Can I spend my gift card online?
At this stage our online and in-store gift cards are separate. If your gift card was bought online it can be spent online; if your gift card was bought in-store it can be spent in-store. We can transfer the balance from an online voucher to an in-store one (and vice-versa); please contact us to make it happen!
