From the artist:

My Sage Advice Collection was born from a journey through trauma to a better place. 

We all have periods of stress, anxiety and calamity in our lives. What helped me move through that period is the basis for my Sage Advice Collection.

A play on the old saying .... "The grass isn't always greener on the other side"..., this work speaks to an acknowledgement that sometimes we have to leave what we love when it no longer serves us and find more fertile pursuits where the grass is really greener. 
Textured paste and ombre has been used to represent the journey from the current to the future. Looking forward, having no real plan, yet intrinsically knowing the grass will be greener on the other side. Trusting that from the pain and discomfort a better outcome will be had.

While I attribute my own meaning to all my artworks I am super happy for the viewer to find their own happiness and meaning in the pattern, colour and texture. These elements in and of themselves provide calm, restful and restorative properties to one's decor.
